We have successfully identified and rectified an issue that was causing failures during ticket data export in our Employee Experience Insights platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The issue was present from November 26, 2023, 20:42 PST, until November 27, 2023, 19:27 PST. We are pleased to announce that the export functionality is now fully operational and should perform as expected.
