Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where some users are unable to access the URL links in the bot messages and also experiencing issues accessing the Employee Experience Insights dashboard.

Resolved - We identified an issue impacting the search capabilities of the bot resulting in a degraded Answers skill performance.

This issue primarily impacted skills like Triage and Concierge (Ticket update notifications). It also impacted bot's ability to intercept tickets and provide resolutions.
