We have identified an issue where users are encountering an error message: "Oops, there is something wrong. Please try again later." This problem occurs when attempting to load User Insights, Plugin Insights, and Raw Interactions under the Analytics section in My Moveworks Portal.

We have identified and resolved an issue that caused delayed notifications or responses in the Embedded AI Assistant, which only appeared after users refreshed their browser. The impact was limited to customers in the Enterprise Search Limited Preview across all environments except Gov Cloud. Services have been fully restored and are operating normally, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
